When you are understaffed, you don't have as much leverage over the potential employees, or applicants. You lose leverage as you become more desperate. But these stubborn fuckers are still not budging! I have lost count how many applications I have put in. All have been ignored, or rejected! I have even tailored/adjusted my resume accordingly, and still get denied.
