I'm 18 and I've been working at this laser tag place for a year the starting pay was 8 and it's still 8 I used to do 7 hours a day twice a week but with summer they are getting less business so I'm reduced to 2 hours and assigned to janitor instead of front desk and laser tag, I basically make 32 a week now and if I want more hours I need to cover shifts because they can't afford to give more hours. What do I do?
