I've been doing 2 days WFH and it's been fantastic. More time to exercise means I have more energy, I'm in the office earlier, I am more focused at my job.
Well my work released a new policy yesterday on working from home.
“This privilege is afforded to performing employees who will have the option to work from home one day per week.”
- Staff need to demonstrate above satisfactory performance
- Working from home cannot be at any additional cost to the company
I drive an hour for work, my team mate is 1.5 hours away…
