i sell fireworks all day and sleep here at night because if i get a storage pod it comes out of my pay and creates extra work to pack and unpack it every day. i'm doing this for 11 days for $2,160 base pay and 15% commission after i sell $21,600 worth of product. they won't give me enough product to make commission even though i'm already selling out. i'm a 22 year old female sleeping at an intersection with a truck stop in a bad neighborhood and i'm only getting paid about $8 an hour for nonstop work in 90°F weather. i just put out a tip jar. i know i'm not supposed to but i don't care what they say anymore. i feel robbed
