I was fired from this co-op because of call-ins due to mental health issues while being a full time college students. Others have been fired for the same reason and are fed up with other management issues. This is a document they are going to present to the head manager in a meeting. If nothing changes, a walk out or strike will be planned. Any advice for how to go about this the right way or changes to the document so far? It is still in progress.MMFC Document
