I’ve served as a bartender at a golf course for 7 years now. I also do all of the food in the snack shop as well. This year my boss decided he is going to convert the shop into a sports bar basically making the hours of operation almost double. We don’t have the proper ventilation to have a full kitchen so he has tasked me to come up with a full menu for a bar without proper cooking equipment. He also wants cost margins, pricing and all that jazz. Gave me two weeks to get this all to him and essentially wants me to run it all, I was never even asked if I wanted to take on this work. What do?
