Burnt out and don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel

I’m an esthetician, I work crazy hours (45hrs in 4days), no benefits, no safety at work (men come in and can threaten us to kill/sexually harass/call and ask extremely inappropriate questions about the services), clientele think they’re entitled enough to get violent with us while the company tells us we can’t even use pepper spray if someone is acting that way. I became an esthetician because I love helping people feel amazing in their own skin but now it feels like I’m not happy in my own. I don’t see any light at the end of the tunnel, saw it while going to esthetics school but not anymore. I feel like giving up
