I collected CERB, the covid benefit, when i got laid off for 2 months. I used that money to eat. Then the government wanted back a thousand dollars. I paid it. Now they want back another 2000 dollars in “overpayments”. I dont have it. I had $5 left in overdraft last week. What are people like me supposed to do? They don't care about the wasted billions that went to corporations, its easier to go after poor people.
