recently, my schedule changed to where i close the store 4/5 days a week, while working a full day once a week. i asked my manager if i could switch with ( coworker A ) so i could have a few more opening shifts. they said that they “didnt wanna give A too many closing shifts” ???? hello ? A literally opens 4/5 days a week, how come i cant be switched for 1 day ??? is 2/5 closing too many WHEN I LITERALLY WORK 4 CLOSING SHIFTS RN ?? opening is so much better than closing and i just hate it
