Hospitality. Comis/function chef. Payslip reads Function Chef however contribute to daily service prep and service duties. Past 3 weeks are as follows. Week 1 =69 hours paid for 53 Week 2 = 58 hours paid for 43 Week 3 = 67 hours paid for 43. First time on salary…is there something I'm missing here?
