Title is the explanation, used to work for target and delt with their hour cutting and malpractice. Got a job as a phone tech for a third party making full time hours instead of 18 a week. Now I keep getting harassed by employees and management of target for leaving them, mostly management. They keep coming over and trying to fire me and get my coworkers fired. I make 15 an hour now with commission and work over 50 hours a week vs 15 with barely any work or hours. Or the days I did work they worked me like a mule. They constantly fired people and said we had too much work. The breaking point was when the gave me a 8 cent raise after telling me how much money my work had earned them. I had enough and quit. The new job is so simple and easy and I don't listen to anyone from the old store. I've reported them but they threaten my friends jobs and threaten calling my bosses if I don't fall in line.
