But HR has a solution : they were proud to unpack a newly delivered Karaoke machine to improve the shitty mood. The HR manager was giggling and acting like a kid with the microphones, I got second hand embarrassment, ugh.
We were looking at all the fake enthusiasm from the bosses, and looked around us and saw in one another’s faces the same expression of disgust.
