I'm leaving at the end of this month. So what I need from you reddit, is a reason to give one single fuck about their policy. My current plan is to just tell them to find another saute cook. I'm not interested in re-altering my hair color because of some outdated ass corporate values. P.S. there is zero mention of hair color in the employee handouts I received.
