I cannot escape overtime no matter how many jobs I quit and go to. Every place I work at some point drops the 40 hour facade and just dumps you into 60 hour work weeks for months on end. We are always “behind on orders” or ” one last push for the day so we can send these late orders!” Is anyone else fucking sick of this? Let me work my 40 and go home PLEASE! I want a job that doesnt force me into mandatory overtime but I honestly feel like they dont exist. Im exhausted.
