Help! The job this sub warned me would be BS is BS

So the daycare job I work has no schedule. I was hired for 40 hours per week. We get the schedule the night before we go in, sometimes as late as the morning of. Then when we get there they have us sit in the break room until we have enough kids to fill the maximum ratio set by state. I’ve sat waiting to be clocked in for up to 2 hours. They also remove teachers through the day to cut labor. This means the kids constantly shift classrooms and we don’t ever know who we’re teaching. They had an inservice day on the 4th of July, and asked us to bring the 5 things that bother you most through the day. They had an inservice day on the 4th of July, and asked us to bring the 5 things that bother you most through the day. This was a very, very common complaint (obviously since we can’t depend on enough hours to feed our kids) but the boss said “this is just how daycare works as an owner you have no idea what it’s like to run a business I wish you could live a day in our lives.” The weirdest part is that the parents pay for spots, not per hour used. So regardless of how many kids are there, the daycare is paid the same amount.
A separate but related issue is that although they said this would be anonymous, she said my list was “just rude” and “whoever wrote this needs to come forward. If they don’t we will be checking cameras to see who it was.” The list was as follows
1. Kids being shuffled from room to room
2. Unreliable hours
3. Unreliable wages since they threaten “probationary pay” often
4. Bosses are never at the center
5. Coworker screaming and being aggressive to kids but our reports haven’t done anything to improve her behavior.
Do I have to come forward for this? Is there anything I can do since they said it’d be anonymous? I really just want to never show up again but I need to find a different job first.
