I gave notice to my job after 12 years. Have received an offer from another company that has excellent benefits and a lot of room to grow. Pay is the same but again there is huge room for growth.I enjoy my current place and have no Hard feelings but things have gotten tough the last few years and I’ve grown as far as I can. The benefits are not good which is part of the reason I started looking elsewhere. The stress has been taking a toll on my health and family which is why I am excited for the new opportunity. I gave notice this week and my boss does not want me to go. He offered me a huge pay increase and a new company vehicle (which helps my family) I just don’t know what to do. Could use some input .
