The employer perspective…

Guy shows up in the shop with the newest Porsche SUV, and a coincidentally a friend of his in another SUV. After the greetings I overhear the second telling to the first that he can't find personnel to man his business cause other similar businesses offer better benefits, more time off, etc. And proceeds to give an example of a cleaning lady that showed up asking for work and “demanded” days off. “Which university did you study to go as well” he said the first guy who was acquiescent with the issues. Other two guys show up in a similar manner and they proceed to bash the reception personnel. He was caught offering a competitor's services, to the tourists requesting a rental car instead of the hotel's own rental company. “To make 5€” from each sale. The same owner who proudly told me he has 5-6 hotels, was haggling for…

Other two guys show up in a similar manner and they proceed to bash the reception personnel. The same owner who proudly told me he has 5-6 hotels, was haggling for about 10-15 minutes for 30€ discount. Because he found it cheaper elsewhere (but they didn't have any other left otherwise he wouldn't show up).
Dude if you founded cheaper go get it elsewhere and stop busting my balls.
