Does anyone else have a problem grinding their teeth? I have a very high pressure project management client facing job; I grind my teeth basically 24/7. My work is simultaneously mind numbing and “busy.” I am wondering how other folks who grind their teeth due to similar job related stress might manage. NB this is not at night only so a mouth guard is not the panacea.
