I work in a Kroger Pharmacy and our contract with Union UFCW 700 is up. We are trying to get better pay, that is our main concern, but the union only secured us $0.65 for this year, and $0.50 the next two years. That means we will be losing money. I'm already at my pay cap so these are the only raises I can expect in the near future. We already voted down the contract once, but they seemed to have brought the contract back with almost no changes. I'm very fruy because the union members are willing to strike but the unit isn't supporting us.
