Entire firm is being forced to retroactively sign this “employee handbook acknowledgement” – for a very half baked update to our handbook. It’s full of spelling errors, contradictions, etc. yet these are the terms. Seems sketchy. I’ve been with them for years, do they have a leg to stand on? (U.S.)
