I work at a dog daycare/boarding facility and was planning on asking for a raise after the fourth of july seeing as how it’s one of our busiest days of the year and I had been scheduled seven days in a row that ended on the 5th. However, I noticed on my paystub that my hourly rate had gone up 18 cent and now i’m afraid to ask. thoughts?
