I've worked at this company for over a year now. In that year upper and middle management has fallen apart, to the point where we don't even know who the hell is running things. They have tried to force employees to work in far distant locations that we did not want to work, and they made an intern a 7 day a week employee and manager at a store. The management also try to bully and berate employees for their own failures and take the customer's side for almost any argument.They also think that $11 an hour is accurate pay in this day and age because “the potential to earn commission!” I'm leaving after this weekend and never looking back.
