This lady I work with is in her 70s. She works two full time jobs to support herself since her husband died.
She and I have the same job and even though she has been here for over two decades and worked through the pandemic with a promise of higher pay she still doesn’t make much more than me from what she says. We have the same job but they leave her responsible for duties of higher positions consistently, like if a manager calls out then she’s manager for the day
I’d love to help but idk if there’s much that can be done from my end. She doesn’t want to leave even though she hates it because she’s been here so long
