I have worked for this company for a little over a year. I have been moved to multiple departments to help get them back on track. I have received a promotion from them to the back up head of the department I work in now. It has been a mess for a couple of years and my bosses want me to take over the department to get it in working order. For me to get that spot corporate needs to talk to me and move me there. It has been two months of having to work with the department head and their ideas for how stuff should be done. Nothing gets done unless I do it. Recently we have had a visit from corporate. My bosses implied to me that day they might want to talk to me. No not a single word was said to me. I will just take that as they don't care about this department. I am considering on leaving because I feel stuck in this spot and i have idea what to do. Any advice would be appreciated.
