Called in on a Sunday

Still fuming from this morning. Family and I were all ready to go to church this morning when I got a strange call from my boss. He needed me in immediately and told me if I was unavailable to not bother showing up tomorrow. He is making me skip mass and if I don’t comply I am fired? Just not fair anymore
