Job interview with a 28-33 an hour job this afternoon

I have a job interview with a company offering 55-65k a year for TIG welding Stainless Steel. It's for food grade delivery hoppers and conveying machines. It's an air-conditioned shop, and I work in texas so that is a HUGE plus. Medical,401k, life insurance, and only 8 hour days. What are some questions I should ask to really give this company a through vetting and see if it really is worth dragging up(quitting) my current job. I currently work over 60 hours a week in a filthy environment so this job already looks promising lol
