My workplace has repeatedly taken employee chairs away and tells us we aren’t allowed to sit because it’s “unprofessional”. The lounge we have in the middle of the store is for students and customers -_- I thought the ADA or California labor laws would’ve fixed this by now. I’m sure i’ve even seen it mentioned in a mandatory employee rights poster.
