Just sent my resume through Indeed and they had me do a couple work style tests. My first time having to do one like this. It just felt, inaccurate and insulting? I dunno, it's a job I really hope to land, hopefully this “test” isn't the only defining factor? Just stressed because I don't see how it could accurately define who I am and what I stand for? Wish me luck, definitely need a win!
