I can’t do on call but scheduled me anyway

I have been in the resturant industry for 10 years. I started at a resturant back in April. I have open availability but cannot do on call shifts due to having a child and not being able to find a baby sitter last minute. I made this known when starting. They still schedule me on call shifts all the time and have never needed me so it has been fine. Well this morning I was on call and was needed. I was told at 8:30 am I needed to be there at 9. Well I couldn't go in, I didn't have child care and let that be known that they are SOL. Well they blew up my phone and called my husband because he's my emergency contact saying I need to come in and they are worried about me because I was done responding. They don't accept no call no…

They don't accept no call no shows as a form of resignation. They said I had to give my two weeks and will continue to call my husband if I no call no show again.
