So I work an hour and 30 mins away from my house, 2 kids with a wife just trying to make some bucks and come home to the kids so my wife can work and make her money. So that being said my hours of availability are set….or so I thought. Regardless of what I put for availability, this fuck does literally whatever he wants.

No ac/fan in the kitchen, and he meat thermometer reading the open air says 100°F while he closes his air conditioned office (whenever he shows up)….you know it!
Regularly committing wage theft by making his employees pay for work uniforms (Servers mostly)…Check
Anyway his latest exploits consists of going on vacations, buying boats, and coming back and bragging to us about it, all while dangling the prospect of a raise to the kitchen….where he fucked up at was giving a deadline
This mythical bonus is suppose to drop before this month is over but I'm willing to bet my left nut no one is going to see any of that…plus I'm beyond fed up with his antics… so next month I'll be starting my own catering business. And I can't wait to see his face when I leave
