I know this is probably skewed a bit towards the IT side, but how many of us are tired of doing status reports if we have to have daily stand-up meetings to discuss the current status of what we’re working on? You spend 15-30 minutes typing up a status report and then have to have a two hour meeting with your management and team to basically cover the same thing. Just seems like a lot of wasted time. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.
