Something I noticed that our workplace is trying out a 4 day workweek with 10 hour days and that apparently people choosing not to opt in are still scheduled like 8-5, 7-4, etc. So like you’re working the 8 hours and then you get your 1 hour lunch break so technically you’re being scheduled 9 hours a day.
