Basically I work as a mental health technician in a psychiatric hospital. I didn’t find out we had patients with Covid until yesterday, and that was from a few patients. We had this patient for more than that. We finally just moved them and another patient who tested positive to an empty unit. The unit was previously occupied by a highly aggressive patient, but he was D/Ced yesterday. Anyways, I’m livid how I found out and at the speed it took to take action. And also the fact, that the hospital didn’t communicate it to us. Especially since we’re not a heavily equipped medical facility.
