Internal job transfer but have to wait 90 days for pay bump

I’ve been at my current job almost a year now. I applied to a different position within the company solely for the pay increase. I’ve been working in this new role for a few weeks and it’s supposed to come with a .50 cent increase. I thought it’d have reflected in my paystubs by now, so I reached out to HR to which she attached a change of status form she claimed I signed. This is the first time I’m seeing this form nor have I ever signed it which you can clearly see this on the form. I’m technically not authorized to start my new role without everyone’s signature including my own…but here I am. She said the form states the pay increase comes at 90 days. I get that training is 3 months long but it’s infuriating I have to wait 3 months to receive 50 cents more…

I can’t recall if the application stated the 90 day wait when I applied but I don’t think so. It seems misleading and I’m sitting here fuming.

Just wanted to vent, ugh.
