My coworker just told me he’s being promoted. He wanted me to hear it from him first. I literally had a panic attack as I walked away close to tears.
I have given everything to this company. They are constantly giving me raving reviews. Giving me “prizes” for doing a great job, or catching something that might have cost them.
They are always telling me how I’ve changed the company for the better and I make everything I touch better.
I have seniority. The last two people promoted had it. Then it came to me and I was passed over. This is the third time. I don’t know what else I could’ve done.
They have been saying that they want to promote me for two years now… my morale is in hell right now.
