So I made a previous post about how I told my manager off and i got the chance to do it again today haha.
I was originally scheduled 2:30-10:30 but started my new job today so decided to show up an hour late and claim that I didn't notice the time so I showed up at 3:30. I was originally planning to stay an hour later but when I asked them if they would change my clock in time to say I wasn't late they said no. As soon as they told me that I told them okay well I can't stay longer and will be off at my scheduled time. So around 10:25 I went up to my supervisor and told her I was off at 1030 and if I could leave. She told me no that the manager that doesn't like me said I have to stay till midnight since I was late. I asked her well are they changing my time to say I wasn't late? she goes on the radio asks the manager and she says no. I again told her well then no I am not staying late ill stay till 11 because that would've been 8hrs (with my lunch) but not staying later. She says the manager wants to talk to me in the back where I was gonna throw out some cardboard.
So I walk back there and she has a dumb look on her face like she is about to put me in my plafe. I already have another job and am just doing both to save up some cash so I honestly give no fucks anymore. I tell her I'm scheduled off at 1030 but will stay till 11 to help out these coworkers that are struggling to throw out the cardboard. She tries to tell me that no I have to stay till 12. I tell her actually I don't, you guys didn't change my schedule so it says I was supposed to start at 230 and my scheduled time off is 1030 but I'm gonna help them out really fast and start walking away. she got mad and told me that I can't be walking away and have to stay till 12 again I told her no and go to help bale the cardboard. so she calls the AGM for backup thinking he was gonna be on her side he talked to her and then came up to me and said yeah since i was scheduled at 230 I could stay till 11 but didn't have to stay till midnight. I could see the manager looking annoyed and bitchy and I couldn't help but smile. told the guy thank you and that I would finish throwing out the cardboard before I left. ended up finishing at 1050 and as I was walking out to the front I gave the manager a smug look and said goodnight and walked away. I could feel her giving me a dirty look but I didn't give a fuxk hahaha. When you don't care about getting fired or what the consequences are work is soo much better hahahaha.
TL:DR; Manager told me to stay till midnight told her no. Tried to force me told her to fuck off hahaha.
