I’ve called off for the 10th time in 1 year.

Ik this sounds pretty bad but all my call offs of this one year have been in the last 7 months. Since I started doing a trade school at night for welding. Having basically two jobs on my shoulder and the 14 hour days doesn't help. But I just called off this morning because Ive realized my company doesnt care for me either. They're still making more. It's getting to me that I'm training lazy people that sit on their phone for a good 2 hours of the day at a physically demanding job just for them to make more. The only reason I've stayed is because I wanted to get into the welding…

The only reason I've stayed is because I wanted to get into the welding booth at my current company after I graduated my schooling. But I'm starting to feel like I would just get screwed over pay-wise over there too.
