So I'm working at a pretty shitty fast food job, and long story short I want to quit ASAP. I need to know if i should wait till I have something else lined, or just quit now, and save myself some pain. And I can assure the job is horrible, and the environment is horribly toxic. I get paid 11.50, and get a single 10 minute break for working an 8 hour shift. The place is culvers, but you'll only know what that is if you live I'm the mid-west.
So here are my questions, answers what you can if you wouldn't mind.
will it really affect how employers will see me if I'm unemployed during the interview?
should I bother with a two weeks notice?
Is quitting over the phone/text a viable option?
Should I act like I didn't hate the job?
