I read something online that said women of color tend to be apprehensive when applying to jobs and apply only when very qualified/over qualified….that rings true to me 🥴 I am nervous to apply but now I've learned that as long as you meet some criteria in the posting it's okay So how far out of your comfort zone or qualifications do you tend to go when job searching?
