Boss refusing to pay

This happened to my twin f 25 cousins today they work at a place selling cookies 🇬🇧 both underpaid last month, due to finish tomorrow for new job boss refuses to pay what they’re owed from previous month or holidays how can they go about getting their wages legally? Thanks
