I just started at a new job. I work in HR and I asked my colleague, out of interes since she is a recruiter and I listen to her all day, what a red flag was for her regarding candidates. Her words were “They make it seem like they care more about the benefits than they do about the project”. Needless to say, I kept my mouth shut. I'm not sure how long I will be in this position even though It is the highest paying job I've had and is well above the median in my area.
Sometimes I hate working in HR.
