(Disclaimer: I am writing from my perspective but this has happened to my boyfriend. It's easier to write in first person though)
So I made a post a few weeks ago about my employer not giving me my check, I called the labor board, and they got my check to me the next business day. They then began to harass me and demand I speak with HR and today I got a letter and my last check (missing about 20 hours mind you) this feels like retaliation so i am once again calling the labor board. If anyone has any advise we will appreciate it.
