No more intimate things to be said. Considering leaving

I work in a small IT firm. I had a talk with my boss about my health about a year ago and he said that if he had known this beforehand he would have reconsidered hiring me. I know that as a worker I need to give profit and I am responsible to take care of myself to do so. Boss is not my friend. Need to make a clear distinction. Not expecting empathy, I am but a machine that can be utilized. He also likes to make small things big and blame others for problems that arise. I also saw him reading my notebook at my desk one day. I have kept my notes hidden from then whenever I can. My tactics has been to avoid meetings with him whenever possible. Working remotely has been easier for me in this regard. Have also considered leaving out for some time…

My tactics has been to avoid meetings with him whenever possible. Working remotely has been easier for me in this regard. Have also considered leaving out for some time because of these issues and my mental health problems and the inefficiency at work that is caused by them. There are some good things also, like I like my job although it can be challenging at times.

Should I leave or stay? That is the question.
