I'm looking for an internship as part of my University writing course (lazy buggers don't actually assist with it, despite claiming they would when I applied), and I keep finding internships that require experience. What is the actual bloody point? I mean, I know the point, it's to get an employee at intern wage (which is sometimes zero). But it still grinds my gears. It shouldn't be allowed for internships to require experience.
