I have had enough of the toxic attitude displayed by my boss it’s time to go. I have 2 weeks of leave coming up and I plan to give 2 weeks notice on the first day of leave. I’m in England. Are there any downsides to this? Can they cancel my leave? Will I still get paid for my leave?
