Been waiting a week for my paycheck. Literally about to quit.

I was supposed to be paid last Friday but wasn’t due to my check basically being “lost in the mail.” Now they’re saying I’ll be paid this upcoming Monday via direct deposit. Which I’m honestly doubting will happen. My coworker has worked here for years now and the company refuses to give them a raise. I’ve been here a month and I’m already fed up with this company.
