I was told I couldn’t move up in the company because I’m a custodian

I'm really a hard worker, team oriented, on time, put in the work and effort and this is how they treat me. I have a degree and I'm probably more than qualified to be completely honest. It's a bummer being told that after all the work I put in. Fuck work.
