Fired for being sick in Central London

I'm a graduate student in London working at an indian food cafe at Imperial college south Kensington. Its pretty easy since its a four hour shift however last week Wednesday, I was feeling strange. I was Dizzying, high temperature ,had strange headaches so I got permission from my supervisor to quickly drink the juice in my bag. I stepped out of the serving area and stood by the service entrance (which was out of customer's line of sight) the only other spacious place I could go to was the kitchen and I was already burning up.Less than 2 minutes later, the manager of the bar (Ember) and her supervisor Mike came in. Mike complained that I had not right to be on break on a four hour shift and walk out without listening to my explanation. I managed to explain my predicament to Ember and she advised that I drank sugar and water to get my strength back in a private location. I finished my juice within four minutes and went back to work. Unfortunately I was delirious when I woke up the next day and manage to text Ember to tell her I was sick, she didn't respond to me so I left her a voicemail and still got no response. I decided to call my supervisor who was really sympathetic. At about 3pm that day, my illness took a turn for the worse and paramedics were called, they confirmed I had COVID .This time the headaches were the least of my problems, I was struggling to breathe and all my bones ached luckily someone gave me painkillers and I was a bit ok. After the paramedics left, I got a text from my agency that I had been let go for drinking juice while on shift the previous day. Despite my fever, I found it funny and ridiculous at the same time. Fortunately my agency found another job for me immediately. Ember(H bar, QTR) and Mike( of imperial college south Kensington )—– YOU GUYS SUCK.
