Thanks for over a Year of service..

Not entirely sure where to start and I don't care about putting this company on blast or if it gets back to me as this was a huge slap in the face. (Bear with me as my thoughts are all over the place as I'm livid AF right now) I started (In a BDR Role) with this company back in 2021 as I needed a job to get me by, pay bills, etc. So, in the interview process they never mentioned salary (Red flag) and I should have brought it up and tried to negotiate pay before joining but hey, I needed a job. Started working for them and was able to pick up the job easily, ended up crushing the role and veterans on my team for the first quarter of the year, as well as the rest of the year. I started (In a BDR Role) with this company back in 2021 as I needed a job to get me by, pay bills, etc. I think I got “recognized” one time in my whole career here so far, which is essentially just a pat on the back.

As with most companies, around the year mark I was expecting to get a message from my Manager about a performance review and raise except, I never got one. Eventually I reached out to my manager and brought it up asking do I get a raise or a review and raise then was told “No”. This company doesn't do that and you essentially have to make a case for a raise and hope they will listen to you and give you it. Now mind you, this Multi Million dollar company pays you $36k with a $4k/yr capped commission. Not only is this below the national average for this role but it's a little hard to live off this amount, now more so then ever because my wife and I have an infant. (Yes she has a job but even with our incomes we just barely get by).

I say all this because I received a package (Photos attached) for being with them for a Year (Even though it's been well over the year mark) and feel like this is the biggest slap in the face to your bottom line employees. Especially when you don't even have the dignity to give them a yearly raise to not only fight inflation but for giving you a year of their life to make YOUR company money.

TLDR: Multi Million dollar company spits in my face by giving me a rock for over a year of my life working for them.

A rock for a year of your life.
