Turns out my my boss found out is currently trying to get my contracting agency to interview more people for my position. He caught wind that I was looking at other offers, and reached out to my contract manager to interview for my position stating “He doesn't want someone who doesnt want to work here”. My contract manager said she could negotiate me to stay but honestly I thinking it is over. I already have been dealing with racism and sexual harrasment at work. the offer I am looking at pays 6 more dollars an hour, but has a long onboarding time, so while I want to leave will I be unable to work for a whole month, and not be able to pay any of my debt, bills, rent….
